Schroders has appointed Henriette Bergh as head of product and manager solutions for Europe excluding the UK, a newly created role.
Henriette will report to Nico Marais, head of multi-asset investments and portfolio solutions.

She will have a functional reporting line into Justin Simler, global head of product management for multi-asset, the company said.
Henriette in her new role will be responsible for the multi-asset product management and strategy in Europe.
Henriette is joining Schroders from Morgan Stanley & Co. International where she was most recently, head of sales, private wealth management for EMEA based in London.
During her seven years at Morgan Stanley & Co. International she was also head of manager selection strategies, private wealth management.

Marais said: "Henriette is a key addition to our team. She has eighteen years investment experience advising both institutional and private clients across multiple asset classes and overseeing manager selection strategy teams.
"Henriette will work alongside our senior fund managers in London and Zurich, to enhance the investment service we provide to our clients."
