Schroder & Co Bank AG, a part of the Schroders Group, the global wealth management company, has appointed Adrian Nösberger as CEO, effective from 1 July 2103.
Based in Zurich, Nösberger will succeed Luc Denis, who will retire at the end of June 2013 and will become a senior adviser to the bank thereafter.

Nösberger has held senior private banking management roles, including member of the executive board and head of private banking Switzerland of Bank Leu / Clariden Leu from 2003 to 2011.
Philip Mallinckrodt, chairman of the board of directors of Schroder & Co Bank AG and group head of Schroders Private Banking said:
