Sarasin & Partners, the London-based asset manager, has entered into an agreement with Indexx Markets, a provider of investable managed indices, to provide clients investments in systematic indices.
The deal will enable Sarasin & Partners to offer systematic indices across a range of geographies and regulatory systems to its European clients, reported Portfolio Adviser.

Under the deal, the asset manager will initially launch a US efficient strategy index in December this year, with two further unspecified strategies, which are expected to go live in spring 2015.
Additionally, Market Indexx will draw on the expertise of Sarasin’s head of quantitative strategies Andrea Nardon, who previously managed around $1.3bn of assets.
Moreover, the agreement will provide Sarasin’s clients access to personalized index solutions with the indices being updated on a daily basis.
