Sarasin & Partners has appointed Natasha Landell-Mills as head of environmental, social and governance (ESG) research, replacing Adam Frost who left the firm in April 2013.
In her new role, Landell-Mills will be responsible for ESG integration and engagement within the investment function, leading the responsible investment team and undertaking governance and policy work.

Landell-Mills joins the firm from USS Investment Management (USSIM), where she was the senior analyst in the investment team.
At USSIM she played a leading role in integrating ESG factors into their investment process.
