In this role, Hayes will oversee Santander UK’s banking offerings in the UK and offshore including Cater Allen Private Bank, Santander’s own private banking operation in Jersey and Alliance & Leicester in the Isle of Man.
She joined Santander in 2005 and held the position of managing director of Santander Business Banking. Previous to this, she was head of retails products.
