Sanlam Private Investments UK has hired Craig McPherson and Mike Middleton to strengthen its presence in the north of England.
McPherson joins SPI as business development manager from Barclays Wealth where he was responsible for redeveloping the firm’s discretionary proposition for the adviser market.

Middleton has joined Sanlam form Lloyds Private Bank as a financial planner for the northern branch of its business.
Middleton has served as a wealth IFA at Lloyds and also held roles at Abbey National and Robson Rhodes.
