London-based Sanditon Asset Management has expanded its European equities team by hiring Guy Hill as new senior investment director.
In his new role, Hill will be responsible for providing analysis of the Swiss, German and Nordic markets.

Hill will report to Sanditon director and senior fund manager Chris Rice.
In addition, Hill will work alongside Chris Rice on the European investment team, assisting Rice in carrying out stock selection on the TM Sanditon European fund.
Hill has joined Sanditon from Helvea (formerly Pictet), where he headed up the Swiss equities team based in London. Prior to this he worked at Swiss Bank corporation and stockbrokers Montagu Loebl Stanley.
Rupert Tyer, chief executive of Sanditon, said: "Our focus is on finding companies that look attractive whatever stage of the cycle they’re in. Our portfolios would focus on companies that are more domestically-orientated and banks that are overcapitalized and domestically-focused."
