Salamanca Group, a London-based merchant banking and operational risk management firm, has named Kati Watson as new senior trust manager and team head for its Trust & Fiduciary office in Geneva.

Prior to joining Salamanca, Watson held several senior roles for independent trust companies managing multi-jurisdictional structures for global clients in Geneva.
She began her career working on personal tax matters for HNWI clients within UK accountancy practices between 1996 and 2004.
Additionally, the firm has also hired three new staff for its trust and fiduciary business in Jersey.
The new appointments made to the client-facing team in Jersey include Christian Lee to the UK RND team, Matt Dutot to the family business team and Freya Russell-Hobson to the corporate team.
