RWC expects to launch in June. The long only unconstrained global equities fund will be launched as a Luxembourg UCITS Fund to sit alongside the $2.5 billion RWC already manages across its UCITS Funds.
The group has yet to confirm the fee structure for the new fund but chief executive Dan Mannix said investors would have the choice between a flat fee clean share class and cheaper annual charge with a performance fee based on five-year rolling returns.
RWC currently manages $5.8 billion across equity income, equity long/short, activist equity and convertible bond strategies.
