RWC Partners will launch a new global equity fund for the investment manager’s new hire, Louise Keeling.
Keeling has joined RWC from Marathon Asset Management. The Luxembourg UCITS fun will be launched by June, 2013.

Headed by Dan Mannix, RWC currently runs US$2.5 billion across its UCITS strategies.
Keeling will head up a new global equity team. She said: "The investment style and alignment of interests between us and our clients is reinforced by the focus on multi-year alpha generation and we will encourage investors to take the five year rolling performance fee structure with a very low base fee."
Keeling added: "We believe that considering shorter term performance and tracking error tend to distract and can cause fund managers to miss opportunities presented by going against the herd and taking advantage of out of favour assets."
