Russell Investments Canada has expanded its high-conviction, concentrated fund lineup with the launch of the Russell Focused Global Equity Pool (Russell Focused Global Equity Class) for conservative investors.
According to the company, the new pool has the potential for lower volatility and greater stability in returns than traditional global equity funds. It will be added in Russell’s conservative multi-asset solutions.

The new fund will be sub-advised by Perkins Investment Management, Fiera Capital, and Harris Associates.
Russell Investments Canada president and CEO David Feather said that the pool will offer investors an opportunity to participate in an actively managed global portfolio that exhibits a defensive bias.
"The proven global stock specialists we have selected to manage the Russell Focused Global Equity Pool all have extensive expertise in finding high-quality companies in diverse areas of the world," Feather added.
