Rothschild Wealth Management, a part of the Rothschild Group, has hired Audrey Zau as new head for North Asia.

Based at the firm’s Hong Kong office, Zau will report to Richard Martin, COO of Rothschild’s wealth management & trust business.

In her new role, Zau will be responsible for managing Rothschild’s wealth management business in North Asia.

Zau, who has 20 years’ experience in the Hong Kong market, joined Rothschild from BHI Investment Advisors, where he worked as head of wealth management North Asia. Prior to this, she worked for 15 years as a senior director at HSBC.

Martin said: "Audrey’s appointment will amplify our growth strategy in Asia. We are delighted that she has chosen to join Rothschild to lead our wealth management business in North Asia."

Zau said: "I am very excited about the opportunities which lie ahead to work with clients and continue to grow the business."
