Riverview Bank, a subsidiary of Riverview Financial, has agreed to buy Your Vision Financial Services, a Palmyra, Pennsylvania-based independent financial advisory firm, for an undisclosed sum.
Your Vision Financial Services will be rebranded as Riverview Wealth Management, and will continue to operate from its Palmyra office.

The advisory firm was owned and operated by Jeff Krall, who has now been appointed by Riverview to its team of professional financial advisors. Jeff will continue to operate from his existing Palmyra location.
Commenting on the deal, Krall said: "While offering financial advisory services to their clients, Riverview favors an independent model of operation for their financial advisors, which is why I will continue to operate from my current location.
"However, Riverview does offer additional support in terms of administrative personnel, capital and expansion opportunities that are largely unavailable to many independent firms on their own."
Riverview Financial president Brett Fulk added: "The vision, work ethic, and professional financial guidance provided by Jeff Krall for his clients will not change as a result of this new partnership with Riverview Wealth Management.
