RHJI also announces today that Timothy C. Collins tendered his resignation to the board on 3 April 2014, effective from 3 May 2014. In addition, D. Ronald Daniel and Jun Makihara will step down from the board at the June AGM.

As a consequence, the board will be reduced in size from eight to five board members, which will generate further efficiency savings as RHJI captures synergies from the integration of BHF-Bank. This is compliant with the Belgian Corporate Governance Charter and is in line with our revised articles of association, which were approved at the Company’s EGM in June 2013.
