RBC Wealth Management has lured a financial advisor Roger Rath from wealth management group Janney Montgomery Scott, where he managed $245 million in assets.

Rath has joined the firm’s Annapolis, Maryland office as a senior vice president and financial advisor.

Previously, Rath had generated $1.1 million in revenue in the last 12 months.

Prior to joining RBC, Rath worked as part of a two-person team at Janney, the Towson Partners Wealth Management. He has expertise in retirement planning, wealth management, asset allocation and portfolio management.

RBC Wealth Management has about 2,000 advisers and now manages more than $235 billion in client assets.
