RBC Wealth Management-U.S. has teamed up with alternative investment technology firm Artivest to launch a new cloud-based digital alternative investment platform for HNW customers.
Through the new platform, RBC aims to address the key barriers in the alternative investments space, namely high investment minimums, a paper-intensive subscription process, and non-transparent fund data.

By GlobalDataRBC said that the number of investments processed by the firm increased four times since the inception of the platform as compared to before the launch of the platform. The feat has been achieved without rise in headcount or costs, the company said.
