Raymond James & Associates has hired Alex Gallego, a former financial advisor from Stifel Nicolaus, as new senior vice president of investments in the Woodbury, New York office.
Following the move, Gallego will open a new branch office in Oyster Bay, New York, and will operate as the Gallego Financial Group.

Gallego, with over 20 years of investment experience, most recently served as senior vice president and branch manager of Stifel, Nicolaus & Co.
Stifel, Nicolaus & Co said that Gallego has previously managed more than US$94 million in client assets and had fees and commissions in excess of US$1 million.
