Sunset Financial Group is a three-person team lead by Scott Cutliff and manages more than US$204 million in client assets and has annual fees and commissions of around US$1.5 million.
The three-person team which includes Scott Cutliff, Donald Horras and Patricia Polster are joining Raymond James as senior vice presidents and will report to Ira Federer, eastern division director for the firm’s employee broker-dealer branch.

Cutliff is a veteran and has been at Morgan Stanley for the last 13 years of his 16-year career in the financial services industry, while Horras has more than 30 years of experience, having moved into Morgan Stanley through mergers with Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney and Polster had spent 34 years at Morgan Stanley since 1978 before joining Raymond James.
