Rathbone Brothers has named Mike Bolsover OBE as new head of strategy and organization development.
In his new role, Bolsover will be responsible for integrating the acquisitions of Jupiter’s private client division and Tilney’s London team.

Bolsover will report directly into Rathbones’ CEO Philip Howell.
Prior to joining Rathbones, Bolsover worked at Euroclear as director of strategy and corporate planning. Before to this, he held senior roles at Gerrard Group and HSBC.
Howell said: "Given the growth momentum that Rathbones continues to demonstrate, we have been looking to reinforce the senior management team.
"In Mike, we are very fortunate to have attracted someone combining a deep understanding of our industry with a vast amount of experience in strategy and organisation development. We look forward to welcoming him to our team," he added.
