Geneva-based asset manager Quaero Capital has named Francesco Samson as its new group COO.
Samson, who has an experience of over two decades in the asset management industry, most recently served at Brevan Howard in Switzerland.

At Brevan Howard, he was head and COO of the Geneva office and was also an executive committee member of Brevan Howard Investment Products in Jersey.
Before that, he worked for 10 years as a partner, group COO and member of the executive committee at Nyon-based EIM. He previously also served at Citigroup’s EMEA Private Bank and McKinsey Switzerland.
