Consulting and auditing firm PwC has named Olwyn Alexander as the new head of its global asset and wealth management business.
Alexander is the first woman and first Irish person to assume the position, which will make her responsible for managing the asset and wealth management teams across the globe including Asia-Pacific, EMEA and the Americas.

Alexander’s career of over 23 years spans investment management, alternatives and financial services sectors across Ireland, UK, US and Asia. She supported various international investment management firms, providing advice on investment management product entry strategies, valuation methodologies, fund servicing, regulatory and compliance issues.
“My key focus, first and foremost, will be ensuring that our asset and wealth management clients continue to get the highest standard of service wherever they are located. I am confident about the future growth prospects in our industry,” Alexander stated.
