Woodhouse will succeed Wendy Dorma, who is retiring in mid-2015 after spearheading PwC CI’s tax practice since March 2008, reported businesslife.co.
Woodhouse joined in the new position from PwC in the UK, where he is part of the international structuring tax team for financial services in the UK.
Besides, he presently also heads PwC’s European Banking and Capital Markets tax team as well as serves as a member of PwC UK’s tax policy panel.
Woodhouse, who has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services sector, advises various clients including global and international banks, insurance companies as well as asset managers.
