PwC has completed the acquisition of Booz & Company following the receipt of all relevant regulatory approvals.
As part of the deal, Booz & Company will rebrand its name to Strategy& that will be used alongside the PwC name and brand.

Strategy& will be led by current CEO Cesare Mainardi, while Tony Poulter, a PwC partner, will serve as chairman of PwC Strategy&’s Board of Directors.
Through this deal, Booz will add to PwC’s $9.2 billion in global consulting revenue in 2013, which was 28.5% of its $32.1 billion in total global revenue.
