PwC has appointed Bradley Philips as the asset management tax director to advise investment funds and asset managers on various tax issues.
Bradley, who has almost 25 years of experience in tax law, previously served in Herbert Smith Freehills as a tax partner, primarily focused on M&A, corporate transactions, tax disputes, and investment funds.

He is also a member of the LexisNexis Tax Professional Support Lawyer Board at present and was previously designated as the Chair of the City of London Law Society Revenue Law Committee.
