Prudential Mortgage Capital Company has appointed Cheryl Eskridge as vice president of asset management for Prudential Asset Resources.
In her role, Eskridge will oversee Prudential Asset Resources’ US$71.9 billion commercial mortgage portfolio.

Eskridge will replace Hal Collett, who previously held the position before being promoted to president of the unit’s Dallas headquarters in 2012.
Eskridge, who will report to Collett, is rejoining Prudential after being served as senior director of asset management for the general account from 2004 to 2006.
Before rejoining Prudential, Eskridge served a director for C-III Asset Management where she managed large-balance commercial real estate loans.
Earlier in her career, she developed and managed a commercial mortgage servicing platform for Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance along with other positions in commercial real estate finance and asset management.
