Phase one of tailored programme, which will fit the needs of both advisors and firm’s back office staff, will feature a suite of tools to help automate the direct business process of advisors and staff alike.

The platform will include a customer relationship management tool that will allow advisors to easily manage and track client interactions, online document storage and data aggregation.

It will also offer real-time reports and analytics, auto-form filling through LaserApp, and customized work-flow processes to track business every step of the way.
