The Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA) has hired James Hong as new managing director, replacing Nancy Cheung.
In his new role, Hong will be based in Hong Kong, according to The Asset.

Prior to joining PWMA, Hong served as managing director and head of private banking at Credit Suisse in Hong Kong.
Earlier to this, he also served as chairman of greater China and head of alternative and quantitative investments for Asia at UBS Global Asset Management and as the private banking regional head of product development at Swiss Bank Corporation.
Previously, Hong also worked as area head for North Asia and global head of marketing at Standard Chartered Bank.
