Piper Jaffray Companies, a investment bank and asset management firm, has announced that Andy Clayton has joined the firm as a principal in its investment banking group. He will be based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Clayton brings substantial cross-border M&A, equity and debt advisory experience to the firm. He was previously a senior vice president with Jefferies’ Hong Kong investment banking team, and prior to that, served as an investment banking director in UBS’ Hong Kong office. Clayton holds a bachelor’s degree from Williams College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
