Pinyon Asset Management has entered into a strategic partnership with GCM Grosvenor, an alternative investment manager, to launch a new $100m firm.
Under the alliance, Pinyon will manage more than $100m from GCM Grosvenor and other investors.

Patrick Burke, former event-driven equity portfolio manager at Sandell, is the CIO and managing partner of Pinyon. Its investment team includes Geoffrey Postel, Nicola Caiano, and Paul Murrell.
