The firm has appointed Ken Rust and Eric Johansen as directors to run the new office.

Most recently, Rust was the chief administrative officer of the City of Portland, while Johansen was the Treasurer of City of Portland.

As of 30 September 2012, PFM Asset Management LLC, a part of the PFM Group, had US$44.8 billion in AUM for state and local governments and non-profit institutions, and provided non-discretionary advice for an additional US$25.6 billion in fixed income securities.
