Patni brothers – Amit and Arihant Patni- have bought a minority stake in Waterfield Advisors, an India-focused boutique advisory firm, for an undisclosed sum.
Waterfield plans to use the investment to strengthen its family office services portfolio as well as expand its offerings in the domestic market.
