Parsonex Financial Services, a Colorado based financial services firm, is ramping up recruiting efforts this fall in an effort to attract experienced financial advisors and professionals looking to break into the industry.
The firm’s broker dealer, Parsonex Securities, Inc., received approval from FINRA, its regulator, to add over 100 independent registered representatives, a significant increase for a firm of its size. Of the firm’s 10 branch offices, only three are in Colorado: Englewood, Aurora, and Littleton. The firm expects many of the new positions to be filled in Colorado.

Parsonex is a financial services firm that offers a unique business model to independent financial advisors. The firm allows new advisors to start on a part-time basis, get licensed, then transition full time into the industry as it works for them.
Parsonex believes this eliminates the financial pressure of getting started in the industry and allows advisors to focus on serving clients rather than selling products. Parsonex has attracted professionals such as tax preparers, enrolled agents, teachers and coaches who have built their business with the firm.
Parsonex has a turnkey business system that allows advisors to focus on building relationships and growing their practice while outsourcing many of the administrative functions. The firm’s technology platforms and centralized compliance system allow advisors to spend their time on what they are good at, while utilizing systems that create efficiency.
"We believe that in order to be successful over the long haul, financial advisors need to build long term relationships and provide great customer service," says Parsonex CEO Jonathan Miller. "Our business model is based on service rather than sales and aligns the advisor’s interests with the client’s."
