Pacific View Asset Management, an investment advisory firm focused on delivering niche strategies managed by seasoned professionals, has announced that James Boucherat and David LaSalle, founders of Perlus Investment Management, a UK-based investment advisory firm, have joined its organization.
Messrs. Boucherat and LaSalle bring with them $75 million in assets under management and a track record dating back to 2008. Their North American microcap equity strategy looks to capitalize on opportunities in companies with market capitalizations of $250 million or less.

James Boucherat is a veteran investor who has been investing in microcap companies since 1985. He and David LaSalle, an investment professional with 15 years of experience, began working together in 2005 at MicroCapital, L.P. a New York-based hedge fund. They left MicroCapital in 2008 to form Perlus Investment Management, LLP.
