The new subsidiary will serve entrepreneurs, HNWIs and families, offering them goals-based financial planning and investment management services.

The business comprises James Petitpren, II as executive private wealth adviser and CIO and Luke Schillo as director of planning and portfolios.
Petitpren will be responsible for coordinating portfolio strategies. Schillo will coordinate detailed portfolio level analysis as well as prepare asset allocations.
Alexandra Coquoz will be private wealth analyst at the new subsidiary, tasked with managing relationships with clients.
Frank Washelesky will serve as the firm’s chief compliance officer. He will offer advice to clients across the varied phases of their careers.
