Oracle Capital Group, a Luxembourg-based family and wealth consultancy, is planning launch an alternative business structure (ABS) to provide legal services to its clients.

Oracle Capital has teamed up with Y and G Legal, an alternative business structure regulated by the UK’s Solicitors Regulation Authority to expand into the UK legal services market.

The partnership will enable Oracle to offer legal advisory services advice to its international client base of entrepreneurs who do business in the UK.

The ABS division will be headed by Yuliya Andresyuk of Y and G Legal.

Andresyuk said it the new division will offer advice in four key areas including corporate and M&A, debt financing, intellectual property protection and corporate immigration. Also it will provide advice in commercial work, which will include advice on share and asset disposals and acquisitions, due diligence and joint ventures.

Martin Graham, chairman of Oracle Capital Group, said: "This is reflected in the breadth of our services, which in addition to portfolio and asset management include legal case management, relocation and property services, concierge, wealth structuring, asset-financing and insurance services.

Andresyuk said: ‘It allows us to tap in to their pool of clients and the sale of shares will give us a financial injection.’ Y and G Legal applied for ABS status in February."
