Omega Gestion de Inversiones, the asset manager of billionaire Alicia Koplowitz’s family office, has launched a new hedge fund in Spain that will invest in three to ten hedge funds.
The new fund, dubbed Scent Inversion Libre, will choose hedge funds with equity strategies, with track records more than 10 years, and in which its managers have personally invested, reports Bloomberg.

The aim is to secure returns of 9% to 12% per year, as per the regulatory filing of the new fund, while annual management commission is 1%.
Omega comprises hedge funds and absolute-return products registered in Spain and Ireland with over 1bn ($1.3bn) in assets under management.
