Old Mutual said that Rob Leith will join the group executive committee as director of managed separation.

In his new role, Leith will be responsible for coordinated execution of managed separation of the group into four entities.

Additionally, Leith will work with group finance director Ingrid Johnson and group strategy director Ian Gladman, to deliver new strategy.

Leith joined Old Mutual from a private investment company, where he has been working since September 2014.

Prior to that, he worked as global head of investment banking and global markets of Sberbank CIB.

He also spent 20 years at Standard Bank in the UK serving roles such as head of group strategic development and chief executive of global corporate and investment banking.
