Ogier Fiduciary Services, a provider of corporate, fund and private wealth administration services, has promoted two key employees to the position of directors on 1 August 2013.

Ian Rumens has been promoted to director in the Ogier Private Wealth team and Stephanie Rose to director in Ogier Corporate Services.

Rumens has joined Ogier in August 2009. Prior to moving to Jersey, he has spent six years practising in London with private client practices as an English solicitor.

Rumens has international experience in both the legal and fiduciary fields and specialises in the establishment of offshore structures for private clients.

Rose, who joined Ogier in 1999, leads a team within the Corporate Services administration team. She has over 14 years experience in the offshore financial services industry.

Rose is widely experienced in the administration of complex corporate owned offshore structures and sits on the boards of a number of fund manager, property holding and trustee companies.
