London-based fund manager Octopus Investments has hired Lotfi Ladjemi as strategic partnerships manager to support the company’s activities in the wealth management market.
In his new role, Ladjemi will be responsible for developing relationships with private banks and wealth management firms.

Prior to joining Octopus, Ladjemi worked with Draycott Capital, a fund raising and advisory boutique that he co-founded.
He also worked as a sales director at Amundi Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing accounts with key global financial institutions including UBS and JP Morgan.
Ladjemi has also held roles at Citi Private Bank and Macquarie Bank.
Ladjemi’s appointment follows the hire of Tim Lambert to the company’s strategic partnerships team in November 2015.
