Northern Trust Asset Management (Northern Trust AM) has appointed Martha Fee as COO for its Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific (EMEA & APAC) business.
In the new role, Fee will be based in London and will lead the firm’s international operations and infrastructure teams across EMEA and APAC.

She will report to Northern Trust AM’s CEO and CIO for EMEA and APAC, Wayne Bowers.
In addition, Fee will hold directorship of various entities involved with the company’s asset management business.
Fee holds around two decades of experience in the industry and joined Northern Trust’s Global Fund Services in 2015. Prior to that, she was associated with Janus Capital International for ten years.
“Martha brings extensive international experience and deep client knowledge across these areas and we’re pleased to appoint her to continue to drive growth and diversification of our products across the regions,” Bowers said.
