Nomura Research Institute (NRI), a provider of consulting services and system solutions, has rolled out a new private cloud solution for investment managers in Japan.

Dubbed as T-MONOLIX ARENA Private Cloud Service (ARENA Private), the cloud solution will enable asset managers in the region to host all IT applications and is designed to meet the specific needs of investment management community.

Operating as part of the NRI T-STAR product suite, the technology solution provides a seamless connection between investment managers’ infrastructures and NRI’s infrastructure service, as well as third party data vendors and BPO vendors.

The technology solution offers more than 100 asset management firms and pension funds complete front-to-back office to support.

Additionally, the solution will include specific user access control to BPO services and supports investment managers to adopt the BPO service in a highly secured environment.

Through this offering, we are keeping capital expenditures for the asset management firms low, enabling clients to avoid investing a majority of their budget into IT assets, which can be very costly."
