Steve Rowland has been appointed Head of Business Development at Vistra Jersey.
The new role extends from developing new and existing relationships with key intermediaries across Vistra’s core jurisdictions to working directly with clients and their advisors to convert client enquiries into appropriate structures.

He has over 17 years’ experience in all aspects of the offshore financial services industry, dealing with international corporate, institutional investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Steve has been with Vistra for nearly five years, having previously been a director of Guardian Trust Company, Garfield-Bennett Trust Company and was part of the management team at the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
He holds a Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
