Mr Hubbard has more than 20 years’ experience in accounting, corporate finance, assurance and audit as a partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Brisbane. In recent years Robert has been the lead auditor on several major ASX companies.

Robert has used this experience in his roles with several community based organisations, which include President of the Multiple Sclerosis Australia, Director of Multiple Sclerosis International Federation, Director of UQ Health Care, Chairman of Opera Queensland and as a member of the Council of the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Chairman, Robert Johanson, said Mr Hubbard’s experience in audit, combined with his considerable work with not-for-profit organisations, will add to the skills on the board and will assist the Bank in delivering its strategy.
