Neuberger Berman, a New York-based investment management firm, has hired Carlo Roncalli in Italy to deepen its presence in intermediary networks across Europe.
Roncalli, who in his new role will be based in Milan, has joined Neuberger Berman from Janus Capital International, where he managed the advisory network across Italy, investmenteurope.net has reported.

In his new role, he will report to Marco Avanzo-Barbieri, head of Italy and Tom Douie, who oversees the firm’s third party distribution efforts in Europe.
Avanzo-Barbieri told publication that, "We are delighted that Carlo has joined our Italian team. Carlo’s addition represents another important step in expanding the services Neuberger Berman offers to Italian clients."
