Neuberger Berman has bolstered its global real estate securities group by appointing Anton Kwang as new senior portfolio manager for the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Hong Kong, Kwang will increases capabilities in the important and growing Asian real estate market.

Neuberger Berman said that its global real estate securities group will invest primarily in real estate investment trusts (REITs) which will create a well-balanced portfolio as well as provide portfolio diversification, stable income, and total return potential.
Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, Kwang worked as lead Asia Pacific portfolio manager for Standard Life Investments’ global real estate funds.
Previously, he also served as senior portfolio manager in Asia at Perennial Investment Partners, director and head of regional property research for ABN Amro Bank, and as a research/property analyst at NatWest Securities and UBS Warburg.
