Mr. Abdulhamid joins the firm from Franklin Templeton Investments where he was a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for managing distributor relationships in the GCC. Prior to Franklin Templeton Investments he worked for Samba Capital in Riyadh where he was Head of Business Development and Institutional Sales.

Mr. Abdulhamid will be based in Dubai, and will focus on leading the firm’s efforts within the MENA third party distribution space as well as working with institutional clients in the region. He will report into Khalid Murgian who joined the firm as Head of MENA in October 2012 and will work closely with Bruce Crystal who is based in the US and has been covering the region for 16 years.
