Nerine Group of Fiduciaries has further strengthened its Guernsey management team with five promotions.
David Morris, who was promoted to the board in February, has been appointed as the head of client administration; Jodi Wheeler has been promoted to senior trust manager while Donna Brehaut and Marina Le Gallez have both been promoted to assistant trust managers. Tom King has also been promoted to trust and company administrator.

After starting his career in Guernsey’s trust industry in 1996, Mr Morris joined Nerine in 2001 as a senior trust and company administrator and has been successively promoted into more senior roles with additional responsibility having passed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner’s (STEP) Diploma in International Trust Management in 2008 and being formally admitted to STEP in February 2009.
Miss Wheeler has more than 10 years of experience providing wealth planning solutions for a diversified international client base within the local trust industry. She is responsible for one of Nerine’s trust and company administration teams managing a range of trust and corporate entities with a particular focus on UK wealth and tax planning solutions and also assisting specific global groups with fiduciary requirements for their clients. She has been a member of STEP and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators since 2008.
Miss Brehaut joined Nerine in 2007 as a trainee trust and company administrator after finishing her A-Levels. She passed the STEPDiploma in International Trust Management in 2010 and was formally admitted to STEP in the same year. As part of her role as assistant trust manager, Miss Brehaut oversees an administration team dealing with global high net worth clients and family structures with a particular focus on international clients and succession planning.
Miss Le Gallezstarted her fiduciary career in 2007 after completing her A-Levels and joined Nerine in 2011. Last year she gained the highest mark for the STEP Trust Creation Law and Practice exam in the STEP Guernsey region passing with a distinction.She is mainly responsible for administering a large family structure which holds various assets including properties and investments in development companies. She will oversee work undertaken by administrators and assist them with their training as part of her role as an assistant trust manager.

By GlobalDataMr King joined Nerine in June 2012 after completing his A-levels and spending six months travelling through Thailand, Australia and New Zealand. He is currently studying for the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management having successfully completed his STEP Foundation earlier this year.
