In his new role, Bailey will be responsible for overseeing all Nerine BVI operations and staff in addition to taking a prominent role within the group for marketing and business development, with particular emphasis on wealth structuring solutions available from the BVI for both private and institutional clients.

Bailey has more than 10 years’ experience working at a senior level within the private client sector in the UK and British Virgin Islands.
Prior to joining Nerine, Bailey worked as an in-house trust lawyer at TMF Group, formerly Equity Trust, in the BVI from 2009. He was previously an associate solicitor at Harneys in the BVI and an assistant solicitor at Dickinson Dees LLP in the UK.
Francis, who was with the firm for five years as its finance director, also worked in the BVI financial services industry as a financial controller and compliance officer for over 10 years.
Established in 1997, the Nerine Group has offices in Guernsey, British Virgin Islands, Switzerland and Hong Kong and Delhi. The firm offers bespoke offshore financial services to an international corporate and high net worth private client base through long term relationships over many generations.
