Nedgroup Trust, Channel Islands-based trust and corporate services business, has named Bernard Quant as new managing director.
In his new role, Quant will be responsible for driving the new shared strategic vision and providing common leadership to the trust operations across the Channel Islands.

Quant joined Nedgroup from Barclays Private Bank & Trust, where he served as director. Prior to this, he worked as managing director of Bank of Nova Scotia Trust in Jersey until its merger with Barclays in 2004.
Nedbank Private Wealth International executive head Greg Horton said: "It is a very exciting time for the business as we continue to develop and grow our wealth management offering.
