Motif Investing has expanded its senior management team by hiring board observer Kelly Coffey as new board observer.
Additionally, the firm has boosted its presence in the online investment sector by appointing Shane Mulron as chief financial officer and Andrea Lodzieski as vice president of marketing.

Coffey has joined Motif from JP Morgan’s US Private Bank, where she served as deputy CEO. Previously, Coffey has led 64 US markets, manages client assets of more than $500 billion, and is a member of the global wealth management operating committee within the Global Private Bank.
Prior to joining Motif, Mulron worked at E*TRADE Financial in several senior finance roles including CFO of E*TRADE’s Brokerage business, while Lodzieski most recently served as director of consumer marketing at eBay.
